Dried tart cherries contain anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants. Scientific research indicates that they may provide anti-inflammatory properties, help control diabetes and reduce heart disease and cancer risk. A lighter, reduced-fat mayonnaise keeps the fat under control. Makes about 12 cups (1 cup servings) Ingredients Directions 2. Add cherries, celery and red onion; toss. 3. Mix in light mayonnaise. 4.
